Please check the current issuesMany bug reports are duplicates, this just creates more work for us. Searching the issues first may give you your answer or a workaround! If not adding new information to an existing report is much more helpful than a new report.
I did not see any bugs for this issue, not by searching for "empty", "unpopulated", "4.2.10", or "blank".

Describe the bug
The in-line question 4.2.10 does not have the answer selection fields populated with text. It appears that the "answer description" field or however it's referred to internally does not have the answer text populated, however I less about web development than I do software development and may be misreading the element inspector.
It persists through reloading the webpage, forcing the browser to fully reload the web page, and a browser change (Firefox 121.0.1, Chrome 121.0.6167.85 64-bit, Microsoft Edge 120.0.2210.144 64-bit, Opera GX LVL5 core: 106.0.4998.61/Chromium 120.0.6099.217, ); though I did not test the webpage on any browser that wasn't one of the ones I listed in parenthesis.
Traceback If you got here through the Bug Report page and there was a stack trace, please paste it here
None, visual bug
Javascript Errors Many many errors can be quickly diagnosed from the Javascript Console error log. On Chrome this is View --> Developer --> Javascript Console, on Safari ⌥⌘i or Develop --> Show Web Inspector on Firefox Tools --> Web Developer --> Toggle Tools
I did not see any errors that I thought would be related to the bug.
Attached are some screenshots. Figure 1 shows the question with missing answers, Figure 2 shows the inspect element section of the webpage expanded, Figure 3 shows the inspect element of a question with populated answer fields. All screenshots were taken in firefox.
