Link to book broken in browsing non logged in mode

When not logged in (maybe then too?), browsing the books on the Runestone website has a weird bug. Here is an example, hope it's detailed enough, it's certainly reproducible.

• Go to a book with several chapters such that there is a "This chapter" heading
• Hover over the book name (here, "thinkcspy")
• Note that the link is the generic https://runestone.academy/runestone
• Click on it and get taken to https://landing.runestone.academy/

This should probably just take you back to the index page, though; otherwise it's really hard for someone just trying RS out to actually browse through a book (unless they like the back button in the browser), because you can't access the full TOC from a given chapter.
