Check support for Java 21

We can check if everything works with Java 17 and add official support if yes. Problem could be the deltalake

Rumble compiles with those warnings:

WARNING: A terminally deprecated method in java.lang.System has been called
WARNING: System::setSecurityManager has been called by org.apache.tools.ant.types.Permissions (file:<REDACTED>/.m2/repository/org/apache/ant/ant/1.10.12/ant-1.10.12.jar)
WARNING: Please consider reporting this to the maintainers of org.apache.tools.ant.types.Permissions
WARNING: System::setSecurityManager will be removed in a future release

Except that, everything works for java 17, this method is removed in java 21.
