Require user confirmation when creating a playlist that overlaps an existing playlist. Even with the new playlist creation UI, users continue to create playlists with incorrect date/time values.

Suggested Fix:
Require user to actively acknowledge that the operation is correct when creating a playlist that overlaps and existing playlist and that list has an airname.
