Alert users when creating a playlist for a new day or time

Alert users when adding a playlist for a new day/time. Displaying such an alert would reduce the likelihood of playlistlists being entered with an incorrect day or time, which still happens even with the new playlist creation UI. Basic algorithm might be to check whether the user has previously created a playlist with the given day & time and to display a 'this looks like a new show day & time for your show are you sure that this is correct?' confirmation dialog if the values do not match any of the previous entries.
