As a recipient of weekly and monthly charts via e-mail, I would like the option of viewing the chart in rich text (e.g., HTML), complete with full UTF-8 encodings, in addition to the plain text (ASCII) in which the charts are currently e-mailed.

For support of my legacy processes, the e-mail messages should include both alternatives, HTML/UTF-8 and plain text/ASCII.
