[Timeline] Interval should automatically be set based off zoom level

If you have range that is 2000-01-01 - 2000-01-02 and your zoom level is 1, the timeline won't fill it's container if the interval is set to only show days because there aren't enough available columns.

If your range is only 2 days, you'll want to be at the hour level. It's slightly cumbersome to have to manually keep track of what the interval should be and we could support automatically setting the interval based off what would be appropriate for the current zoom level.
