Top and Bottom Cell on screen is losing it's text title #37

As per the title, the top and bottom cells in my Collection View is losing the Title text. The text will reappear as soon as the CollectionView is scrolled.

Just wondering if anyone has come across this before and knows of a solution?

I haven't changed any of the source code and I'm not using the "detail label".
