http://redmine.robot-rose.nl/redmine/issues/1250 Define and implement a node which can be tasked to inspect a certain area.
Defining the area to be inspected should be done in a generic way. (2D/3D, circle, area, direction frame, cube)
The node shoould itself decide the best way to inspect such an area.
It will then return if an area has been inspected. (Alos what has been found?)

There are a couple of caveats: what does it mean to inspect a cube? Do you also need to look at the opposite side?
