Please;

Eliminate the obsolete buttons.
Add a button for each content area (Reading & Writing, Stories & Comprehension, Numbers & Math)
a. Highlight the button for the current content area
b. Tap another button to switch to another content area
Display whether the tutor is currently in PLACEMENT or PROMOTION mode.
a. Optionally make the mode demo-switchable as well. Besides demos, it could help debug.
