Checking this now with @adamdennett, we may be able to close this... |
Here's a link to a version of my code, updated for 2022 by @R-icntay - https://rpubs.com/eR_ic/simr_2 |
Idea: reverse engineer the input zone object. |
OK and here's that cool pub data from Shanaka - https://github.com/shanakap/BSIM/tree/main/Data |
Hello @Robinlovelace , @adamdennett , Happy to help with this. Just for some directions on where to begin, is this something that you have already had a head start with? Thank you. |
In terms of where to begin, trying to reproduce this is probably a good start: https://github.com/Robinlovelace/simodels/blob/main/vignettes/simodels.Rmd Any comments on it welcome. If you can reproduce some of the findings that would be amazing. I failed to reproduce the 2018 paper... |
But that may because I did it in a rush, confident we can reproduce it starting with the foundation in that .Rmd file. |
Perfect. Sounds good Robin. I'll keep you posted on progress.. |
And there's this: https://rpubs.com/adam_dennett/259068 |
Heads-up @adamdennett thanks to your Tweet I'm on the case! Starting point: https://github.com/adamdennett/SIModelling/blob/SIModelling-Edits/SimAus2.Rmd
Many thanks for making the data available, reproducibility in action!
