Manual files not building correctly. #2

Problem

The manual files that are installed at /usr/local/CrossPack-AVR-XXXXXXXX/manual are incorrect.

Current Behaviour

The manual files display about a error when building the manual files.
Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function eregi()

Desired Behaviour

The manual files that are installed should display HTML pages informing the user how to use binaries installed by the package.

The HTML in the repository looks correct, the problem looks like it's in the header.php file. Without looking at what the code in the HTML and PHP files is doing I would say they should be replaced with static HTML at some point.
