Hello,

Unfortunately the Netbeans 8.2 website has been terminated. But you can install the theme by downloading plugin and installing it manually.

Issue #169 contains the .nbm theme download link
Theme .nbm on Google Drive

Step-by-step installation.

Tools -> Plugins -> Downloaded -> Add Plugins... -> Select the .nbm file -> Install.

In case the google link dies (or those skeptical downloading from a google drive) you can download the dracula nbm plugin file directly from the official archived netbeans 8.2 catalog

Similarly you can add the entire 8.2 catalog to directly download the plugin within the plugin menu.
