Feature: Custom RA-themed emojis for forum topics and/or wall comments

The title is mostly self-explanatory, but if you ask about what emojis could be added, I believe the ones from the Discord server should be added. Obviously, this wouldn't replace the user's ability to use conventional emojis instead.

I think this can add a bit more flair to a comment with emojis such as :Smug:, :wahoo:, :aotw:, etc. Lots of people (myself included) use these often, which is also part of the reason I want them on the site as well. I'm not sure how feasible this is (despite other sites such as Twitch implementing those) or what your consensus on this would be, so I'd like to hear your opinions on this :3
