Which packages, all of them!?
That's annoying anyway. We are trying to use (and actually testing and so on) Onion on Foundation, by an INI we can do phar and pear packages (support for pear and pyrus) easily. Onion need some little love, but it already awesome... meybe we shouldn't even spend time fixing this, let's onion! Or not....

We could really use your opinion on Onion! What do you think of it?

Versions seems fine in our channel (http://respect.li/pear/). We use Pirum to publish our channel, maybe he is messing something up. Any details on this?

Maybe it's because we don't have any stable packages yet, they're all just alpha.

I'm not sure how different versions of PEAR handle this. I'm running pear list -c respect.li/pear on the latest version and getting this:

Installed packages, channel respect.li/pear:
============================================
Package    Version State
Config     0.4.1   alpha
Data       0.1.5   alpha
Loader     0.2.0   alpha
Relational 0.4.0   alpha
Rest       0.3.1   alpha
Template   0.1.3   alpha
Validation 0.3.8   alpha

It shows my installed versions. Not sure about a remote list though (I don't even know how to do a remote list using PEAR).

Getting the same output here. I've tried listing PHPUnit packages and got a curious output. Some projects like PHPUnit_TestListener_XHProf don't have versions as well. They use Pirum like us, and seems that Pirum list metadata for versions just for stable packages. PHPUnit_TestListener_XHProf is beta and isn't listed as well.

Best way to fix this is to release 1.0 soon! =D
