Problem

The Quickstarts suffer from the same rate-limited payments subgraph URLs that we fixed in RequestNetwork/invoicing-template#41

Solution

Update the Quickstarts to use the latest RN SDK version which includes the Alchemy Payment Subgraph URLs by default.
