valid한 번호인지 체크하는 로직을 실행하고 처음에 예외를 발생시켜야 할 것으로 보임
현재 슬랙 알림까지 가지만 데이터는 롤백되는 상태
유저 입장에선 구매가 완료된 것으로 보일 것으로 추정
