The issue

The issue is, the plugin is not showing the full version after the purchase. I've clean imported the plugin to the project.

The Ultra version of AVPro Movie Capture has no watermarks for any platforms.
If you use one of the platform specific editions (eg AVPro Movie Capture (Mobile), or AVPro Movie Capture (Desktop) then you will not see the watermark on the platform you purchased for, but you will see the watermark on the other platforms. For example if you purchased AVPro Movie Capture (Mobile) then you will still see the watermark in the Unity editor as this is running on Windows/macOS, but the videos played back when you deploy to your Android or iOS device will be watermark-free.

The mobile edition contains the trial versions of the plugin for windows and macOS which is what the editor picks up on so you will see that message.
