[Idea] Config Aliases/Re-Exports

Loadouts may want to expose their own 'Config Menu'.

For example if 'Sewer's Mod Pack' is a Loadout with a series of mods, you may wish to have a single unified config menu for easy access.

Some other notes:

• You may want a modular global config menu. i.e. Enable a Mod -> Add More Options.
• A loadout may want control over the layout of the settings.
• You may just want a page with all the settings.
