Conversion of Project from Exploratory Jupyter notebook to a Python package

Goal:

The current structure of the repository was suited to exploring orbital debris for an undergraduate research thesis. For this exploration it was necessary to develop a set of tools to analyze orbital debris with Python. The goal is to now easily distribute these tools to other developers and researchers for their own projects in the simplest manor possible.

Solution:

Restructuring of project from a Jupyter notebook based repository to a Python package that illustrates its usage via a Jupyter notebook.
