Regionlock?

Hello everyone!

It would seem that I can't access the website. I get these errors when I try to reach https://www.redotengine.org/

Florp:
PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Brave:
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Is it possible that this is the result of website hosting provider region block or should I be looking for roadblocks on my end? Using VPN does solve the issue.
