Hotkey Integration?

I don't know if OBS' WS API properly exposes this, but it would be handy if the application could issue commands to simulate hotkeys (even unbound ones) directly, as I would like to work with plugins that extend OBS hotkeys directly such as Source Switcher, which cycles through sources available to it.

I have a pretty complicated setup that utilizes this, and although there are workarounds I imagine this feature might eliminate entire classes of issues down the line.

Are there specific actions that are missing from the Macro Deck plugin that don't accomplish what you need? Can you provide specific use cases as that will be easier to code to if required.
