Determine the rotation of npc fields to follow, preferably deterministic from a list
For every year chose a new crop and stick to that crop
UserAttribute for fields on map to determine type of rotation

What do to when CR is not active?

Complicates things but is really needed
Preferably a way that does not require an if() everywhere.
