Add option for Usermenu and perhaps batterymenu

I realize not everyone wants to use a separate menu for this, so I would like to add an option to use the battery menu or usermenu instead.

It's not a hard task but I will need to figure it out. Contributions welcome :)

I plan to implement something of the following: https://github.com/lavi741/gnome-shell-extension-inhibit-suspend

The only issue is that I need a "setting" compatible with extension.gnome.org and a way to set the location of the switch.

I figure right clicking and a menu would work for the button, but I'm not sure what to do with the switches.
