This might be related to #16, and it's definitely related to this error in pod-cached finanalyst/pod-cached#18

To Reproduce

Remove a file from the fileset

Expected behavior

It should simple remove it from the cache

This is the last version of Documentable and Pod::To::Cached, but it probably happens all across versions.
