good but config needs work

I've been using this mod for months now however the configuration in client.lua is confusing and needs work. some #'s would be helpful to explain the intensity what is where.ect as an example "SKEL_HEAD", 6.5, 0.35, 6.5, 0.6, 0.6) theres no way to know what these numbers mean and what to change them too, I wanna make the ragdolls funny like gta 4 but don't know how.

For a proper example I'll break it down for you here while I work on a better documentation for it.

"SKEL_HEAD", 6.5, 0.35, 6.5, 0.6, 0.6
strength, damping, inertia, elasticity, and damping free settings for other bones in the body.
