Summary

tests/unittests/test_topology.py::TestVendorLibraryLifecycle::test_amdsmi_query_helpers_do_not_manage_lifecycle (added in #514) fails when run under the multi-rank CI harness (torchrun --nproc_per_node=4 tests/run_tests_distributed.py). Passes standalone.
