+ Fix CUDA2HIP substitutions calculations
+ Started to output conversion statistics in a format more similar to that of `hipify-clang`
+ Updated regenerated hipify-perl accordingly

[ToDo] Continue bringing hipify-perl statistics into compliance with hipify-clang statistics
