There's a setting in the Docker hub called Repository Links:
Link your Automated Build to another Docker Hub repository, and when that repository is updated, it will automatically trigger a rebuild of this Automated Build.
Do we want a new image built every time the ubuntu repo is updated to keep the image always up to date in the Docker hub?

If the image gets rebuilt once in a while, we should test it before marking it as the current image. In any case, it would be better than what we are doing now (running dist-upgrade.)
