Plot viewer and help viewer not working with VSCode 1.100.0

Both plot viewer (with httpgd) and help viewer no longer work properly with VSCode 1.100.0:

?plot

plot(rnorm(100))

The following error occurs:

Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service worker: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state..

@renkun-ken Interesting. I can't reproduce with code-server v4.100.0 which is based on Code v1.100.0.

P.S.: The extensions' native help viewer neither works in code-server nor GitHub Codespaces.

P.P.S.: Open [the plot] in External Browser does not work either. (But that is no surprise)

I'm on vscode v1.100.1 (Windows 10, R v4.3.3) and both the help viewer and plot viewer seem to be working fine.

Looks like it is a vscode issue. microsoft/vscode#247035 (comment) resolves the problem.
