CITkat does not make sense anymore.

Shouldn't it be either RDCat or RDKat, then?

Maybe RDTK Catalog or just Catalog?
Or CaRDTK -- Catalog for RDTK

Maybe targeting the ROSIndex RDTKIndex? Catalog is also a bit misleading, retrospectively

I like RDTKindex. But it is also more more like a tongue-twister and a bit too long...
