How can I fix it is not detecting data from the game?

Please make sure that your custom games are safe to match history otherwise the tool can not fetch the data after the match is done .

It does not detect my in-game data.

There is no in-game data
There are only agent-select and post-game stats.
Or what do you mean exactly?
