Observer tool fails to fetch matchid

    We just hit the same issue. We're going on NA server. Toolkit server is not outputting any errors

I added a patch to this tool that should produce some more logs you can send us so we might figure out what's wrong. so please start your observer tool again to get the newest updates and send us the last logs found in %aoodata%/valorant-observer-tool/logs/main.log.
When you do so please remove your private token from the log before sharing it here.

I am getting the same issue. The log file shows the region as the following. region: 'jp1',
and then the following error while trying to get the matchID [2023-02-13 13:57:34.503] [error] FetchError: request to https://glz-jp-1.jp.a.pvp.net/pregame/v1/players/a0a87356-9fb7-56af-b5e1-62b5d624f371 failed, reason: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

I have tried endpoint insomnia with the region set to EU and there it works. Is there any way of setting the region and not getting it from the client.
