"qwen" commands opens authorization link with no UI #1029
Description
What happened?
When a new user comes, and choose Qwen OAuth as the authorization method, then a authorization link is opened in the browser. If the user is using Qwen Chat for the first time, he may have trouble to complete the necessary registration and authorization steps.
Then the next time the user type qwen in CLI, it will opens the authorization url with no UI at all, which is confusing.
What did you expect to happen?
Show the necessary onboarding UI if it is not completed.
