A simple 'hi' prompt use 17k tokens ,is it normal

is it normal that a simple prompt like 'hi' costing me 17097 input tokens and 116 output tokens,
i didnt have any context for qwen like qwen.md file or anything .

一个'hi' 消耗了我17097 输入tokens 和 116的输出tokens 是正常的吗 ？
我并没有任何qwen.md之类的文档项目文件夹也是空的
