Update gast requirement?

I'd like to instal py2vega along with a package that requires gast >= 0.5.0. Would it be possible to update the requirements for this package?

I'd be happy to submit a merge request, but the test suite does not run on MR's, so it wouldn't be of much value.

Thank you for the suggestion, indeed we should update the CI workflows and the gast requirement (I need to check but the Python version may need to be updated)
