Add CI pipelines for automated performance and accessibility tests

After the initial PR #9 gets merged, we'll need to add accessibility tests to the site to prevent regressions in further work. During a meet, we came across Nebari project and how they might have included accessibility tests.

I will investigate further on what we can use to make sure the website gets checked for accessibility on every build.
