The readthedocs (RTD) PR previews don't seem to be working, even though it's enabled on the RTD side.

I think there might be a webhook permissions issue in the repo settings?

Looks like the recent merges (e.g., #15) did not trigger an RTD re-build :/
Updating this issue to investigate overall RTD setup.

In the meantime, I've triggered a re-build manually.
