问题详细描述 Detailed description of the problem

replugin3.1.0 代码不支持前台服务目前采用startService无法录制超过2min，手动加厂商白名单也无法使用，导致该框架无法继续研究。

QA

修改源码支持前台服务，围绕 startForegroundService 的attach 函数进行修改

请提供核心代码信息便于研究使用。谢谢大佬~
