Hi,
I am trying to install the plugin on a Debian 8 VM, quantum gis version 2.18.0, qgep version dev, wincan 2 qgep plugin version 0.10
I get the following error message
Error reading metadata: general

this is how my metadata.txt looks like:

[general]

name=Wincan 2 QGEP

description=Wincan 2 QGEP allows importing Wincan data into QGEP.

about=Wincan 2 QGEP allows importing pipe inspection TV data in Wincan format into waste-water network data, such as QGEP. Wincan is a software for the inspection and management of the waste water infrastructure (http://www.wincan.com/). The data respects the EN 13508 norm. You can browse inspection data and review each observation and choose what will be imported. Data will be imported into a QGEP project which has a data model respecting the Swiss-norm VSA-DSS.

I am not facing any issue while installing it from the plugin installer.
Did you use the application installer or did you make the plugin yourself?

I am using the application installer.

It also says:
**the plugin seems to be invalid, or have unfulfilled dependencies. It has been installed but it can-t be loaded. **
