Even if there is ili2pg 4.5.0 specified in the config.py

qgepqwat2ili/qgepqwat2ili/config.py

Line 12 in cb8bc1c

ILI2PG = os.path.join(BASE, "bin", "ili2pg-4.5.0-bindist", "ili2pg-4.5.0.jar")

qgepqwat2ili does use the ili2pg version of the installed modelbaker (now a requirement).

May be we should skip the entry in config.py and not ship ili2pg-4.5.0-bindist in the future anymore.
