[IsAboutPerson] - [This property doesn't support organizations]

Describe the bug and/or desired behavior

Currently we're being too strict in the isAboutPerson relation. There's a type check present which restricts the results to only persons as opposed to also including organizations. This requires removing the type check and renaming the property to isAboutFigure(?) which also requires renaming in the data pipeline.
