We're missing thousands of reconciled nodes

Relevant examples

This export contains just shy of 2500 ID's which are reconciled in our current graph (13-11) out of 6000+ reported reconciled nodes in the integration layer.
What's noteworthy is that there are no people in the export. This is happening because we're requiring a linguistic appellation to have a language which doesn't fly for a name of a person in the access model. An updated reconciliation pattern is therefor needed.
