Showing without transition.

Vue version: 2.5.17

The notification does not enter with a transition, nevertheless, it does exit with the transition. I think you must to move your transition tag from the Notification.vue file to Notify.vue. And use <transition-group> tag in the v-for .

The library is great! it's just missing to fix that issue please.
