Description
We need to arrange A/V provision for some of the rooms. By "A/V", we mean sound amplification and video projection.
We should also try to film as many sessions as we can, so that we can make videos available after the conference.
We need to answer the following questions:
- Which sessions need A/V support?
- Which sessions need to be filmed?
- Can we live-stream any sessions?
- What equipment does the venue provide?
- What equipment do we already have?
- What extra equipment do we need? (And what will it cost?)
- How many people will we need to do setup and teardown at the venue?
- How many people will we need to be actively involved in A/V and filming during the conference?
- What will we do after the conference with any videos we produce?
