This should be converted to Markdown and saved in files named agm_minutes/YYYYAGM_minutes.md

Big assumption they still exist and we/I can find them.

We are currently trying to move all PyCon UK Society information to this GitHub repository.
This milestone will be closed either when we think we have dug out all the available information, or by the arbitrary deadline of 1 Jan 2016.
