CC creation/last edit

I think it would be nice to have more information about a custom command. Some information can be the time of creation and the time when it was last edited.
Also I would like to see how often the CC was used (counted by executions and/or by users).

Tasks:

• Show creation date and date of last edit in the embed of .cc s

Showing the count of executions would lead to a significant amount of database queries.
So at the moment, we will not implement this detail.
