F723 is removed from flake8 but still present in the documentation

Hi! Just noticed that F723 is present in the documentation at https://flake8.pycqa.org/en/latest/user/error-codes.html

While it was removed a while a go:

Addressed in main...Andrej730:flake8:drop-F723-doc - can't create PR directly, they seem to be blocked currently.

PS If pull requests are closed, perhaps it can be reflected in https://github.com/PyCQA/flake8/blob/main/docs/source/internal/contributing.rst ?

we've turned off PRs because it's been nonstop low quality AI nonsense -- also generally prefer issues first. I ended up improving on your idea in #2050
