Scc not working

me and my friend are already join my server and the scc is set to true but it did not work cuz i see my other friend got end game armor and they all didnt got any message to register

Use /ui bruh to see the user info (it will show your user group if you have logged in). Restart the server (and/or run /reload) to make sure that you using the latest configuration file. Check the sscconfig.json file to make sure you have ssc enabled.

can the problem be running the server by TShock.Server.exe?

If you run the server after you save the file, then it is the latest. There are many people who forgot to save the change or reload/restart the server to apply the changed version. Nothing wrong with running the TShock.Server.exe.
