Hi! This is a quick note: we've changed our authoritative nameservers for TShock to point to bunny.net as opposed to Cloudflare. We've also updated Cloudflare's DNS records and related systems to point to bunny.net for CDN purposes.
I don't expect that this will have any impact. However, if you experience issues connecting to
update.tshock.co
or you see exceptions related to updates, this is why. Please let us know ASAP if you're seeing issues / problems. We've also disabled some edge security rules, which...may have actually banned a couple entire countries from accessing tshock.co. These edge security rules were implemented to reduce forum spam. Because XenForo is no longer accepting active registrations, though, we've removed those edge rules.
what is tshock.co?
TShock.co is TShock's website, which is responsible for handling a redirect to github, the old forums (deprecated), the update system (TShock clients periodically check for updates using this system), and the stats service (discontinued, but we keep a shell service online that responds with the expected reply to not break/annoy old TShock servers that still ping it).
